The Promise, in One Paragraph
Every repair Warden Gate Repair performs is covered for 365 days from the date of service. If the work we did doesn’t hold, we come back and make it right at no charge to you. No forms, no fees, no runaround. This is the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s in writing on every job. It applies to every Warden location, every technician, every repair. That’s it.
What’s Covered
- Our workmanship: If a repair we performed fails or stops working correctly within 365 days of the service date, the return visit is included – free of charge.
- Parts we supplied and installed: If a component we sourced and installed fails within the 365-day window, we address it on that return visit.
- The repeat visit itself: Scheduling the return visit costs you nothing – no diagnostic fee, no trip charge, nothing billed.
- A full redo when needed: If a repair didn’t hold because of how it was done, we redo it correctly, not just patch over it.
- The workspace we touched: Our technician leaves the area clean when we arrive for a return visit, same as the first time.
- The written record: Every job is logged under your address and service date – you don’t need to dig up a receipt to use this promise.
What Isn’t Covered
- Storm or accident damage after our visit: If a car backs into your gate operator or a severe weather event damages the installation after we left, that’s a new service call – though we’re glad to come help.
- Work done by someone else: If another technician or a handyman works on the same equipment after we do, we can’t stand behind what we didn’t touch – but we’ll still come take a look and tell you where things stand.
- Parts you supplied: If you sourced a part yourself and asked us to install it, the workmanship of the installation is ours; the part itself is not covered under this promise.
- Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install or replace: Gates and motors have mechanical lives – parts we didn’t touch can wear out on their own, and that’s a separate conversation.
- Problems you chose not to fix when we flagged them: If our technician pointed out a secondary issue during your original visit and you decided to hold off, that item isn’t covered by this promise – though we’re always willing to come back and address it when you’re ready.
- Cosmetic changes over time: Surface weathering, paint, and finish on gate material aren’t part of a gate repair job and fall outside this promise.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call Us or Book Online
Reach us at (828) 426-7081 – a live person picks up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also book through our website if you prefer to type it out.
Step 2: Tell Us What’s Happening and Roughly When We Were There
Just describe what the gate or operator is doing – or not doing – and give us a rough idea of when we serviced it. We have every job on file by address and date, so there’s no receipt hunt and no form to fill out.
Step 3: We Schedule the Return Visit
We’ll match a time that works for you and send you the technician’s name and photo before arrival – the same Threshold Standard we follow on every visit, first or follow-up. No surprises at the door.
Step 4: We Make It Right
The technician arrives, assesses what happened, and corrects it. No new invoice for the return work – that’s already covered. If anything additional comes up that’s outside the original repair, we give you a written price before touching it.
Timing
The 365-day window opens on your original service date and closes exactly one year later. If something comes up just after that window, call us anyway – we look at the situation honestly and we’re reasonable about edge cases. We’d rather keep your gate working than argue about a date on a calendar. Each Warden Gate Repair location is independently owned and operated, but every location is part of the Threshold Group family and every one of them honors this promise the same way.
Questions About the Promise
If you’re not sure whether your situation is covered, or you just want to talk it through, call (828) 426-7081. A real person will pick up and give you a straight answer. No voicemail, no chatbot – just a conversation.
