365-Day Written Promise

“Every Threshold technician is background-checked, identity-verified, photo-badged, and sent to you by name and photo before the visit. If anyone arrives who you were not told to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right.”

What Our Promise Actually Means

If a repair we completed fails within 365 days, you call us, we come back, and we fix it – no charge, no argument, no forms to fill out.

Call (828) 426-7081

That’s the whole thing. You don’t have to prove anything. You don’t have to find your invoice or dig up a work order number. You just tell us the repair isn’t holding, and we treat that call the same way we’d treat a new job – except the return visit is already paid for, because it’s written into every repair we do.

The 365-Day Done Right Promise exists because Cole Rafferty built Warden Gate Repair on a simple idea: a gate that fails a month later wasn’t fixed. Writing the guarantee into the job isn’t a marketing line. It’s the part that makes the technician care about getting it right the first time.

What you’re entitled to is simple: a written price before any work starts, a technician you were told to expect by name and photo, and a job that holds. If any of those three things don’t happen, you call us and we make it right. No hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for – just a job priced per job, guaranteed in writing.

Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere

A one-truck operation is terrific until that truck is already on a job, or the owner is sick, or a part isn’t in stock. When that happens to a single-crew company, the answer is usually “we can get to you Thursday.”

Warden Gate Repair is part of the Threshold Group family, with local crews operating across 15 states. That means when you call – and a live person answers, every time – the person on the phone can reach a local technician in your area, not reroute you to a call center that patches you to a distant crew driving three hours in.

Our technicians run stocked vehicles. The most common gate motor components, control boards, and hardware for the nine brands we service – LiftMaster, FAAC, BFT, Linear, Viking, Ghost Controls, DoorKing, Elite, and Mighty Mule – travel with the tech. That’s what keeps the response window honest. A fast response means nothing if the technician shows up, diagnoses the problem, and then has to leave to find a part.

On an emergency, we aim to have someone on your property within four hours. Most non-emergency repairs are booked the same day or the next. We say that because we can back it up.

How We Make It Right

You Tell Us

Call (828) 426-7081 and tell us the repair isn’t right. That’s the whole step. A live person answers around the clock, every day of the year, and they’ll pull up your job and start scheduling the return visit during that same call. You won’t be asked to submit a ticket or wait for a callback window.

We Come Back Out

We schedule a return visit, and before the technician arrives you get the same thing you got the first time: their name and photo sent to you ahead of the visit. The Threshold Standard doesn’t relax on a warranty call. The same identity-verified, background-checked technician – or another from the same local crew – shows up in a clean, marked uniform and shows a photo ID badge at the door.

We Fix It

The technician diagnoses what failed and corrects it. If a component needs to be replaced that should have held, it gets replaced. There is no second estimate, no labor charge, and no conversation about what’s covered versus what isn’t. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers the repair, full stop.

You Sign Off

We don’t close the return visit until you’re satisfied that the gate is working the way it should. You confirm it, we document it, and the guarantee clock resets on any new work completed that day. If you’re not satisfied, we don’t leave it unresolved.

What Stands Behind the Promise

A guarantee is only as solid as the people and systems behind it. Here’s what’s actually behind this one.

The technicians. Every Warden Gate Repair technician is background-checked and identity-verified before they ever arrive at a customer’s property. Their name and photo are sent to you before the visit. They carry a photo ID badge and show it at the door. This isn’t optional on certain jobs – it’s the Threshold Standard, and it applies on every single visit, including warranty returns.

The pricing. Written price, delivered before any work starts, every time. No estimate given over the phone and then quietly revised on the invoice. The number you agree to is the number on the bill.

The parts and the knowledge. We’re factory-trained on nine brands – LiftMaster, FAAC, BFT, Linear, Viking, Ghost Controls, DoorKing, Elite, and Mighty Mule. That training matters on a warranty return, because the technician who comes back knows the equipment, knows what was done, and knows what a correct repair looks like on that specific system.

The Threshold Group family. Warden Gate Repair has operated within the Threshold Group since 2008. The Threshold Verified standard is co-signed by the whole family – which means the guarantee behind your repair isn’t just the local crew’s word. It’s the word of an organization that has built its name on keeping that word.

Ask Us to Prove It

Call (828) 426-7081 – a real person answers, day or night – or book online. Either way, we’ll confirm your written price before any work starts and send your technician’s name and photo before they arrive. The full terms of the 365-Day Done Right Promise are available on our terms page.
